« Auf Biegen und Brechen » reconstructs an aesthetic of good and evil that derives from
the middle ages and has also been projected upon Jewish, Black and non-white bodies. It consists of a visual investigation of German fairy tales, studies of Physiognomy, Eugenics and Renaissance and middle age iconography.
